OPTU cooperates with others for a reformed and more democratic United Nations.
OPTU joins the campaign for establishing a Ministry for Peace within the government of each nation, which would greatly assist the development
of partnerships between peoples and governments and help create a closer link between “we, the peoples” and the United Nations.
OPTU co-founder, Anthony Brooke, former Rajah Muda of Sarawak, held the vision of a culture of peace when, at the end of WWII,
he fought for the rights of the voice of Sarawak’s peoples to be heard in the forming of their own future.
